If your issues are with our product then we're happy to hear from you!  We stand by our gear and we're super proud of the quality.

Sometimes despite best efforts, there will be a dud.  It's a statistically certain thing sadly.  If there is a manufacturing defect with your order, please let us know ASAP and send a photo so we can keep record.  We'll gladly replace it if we have stock, or refund / substitute to the same value for another design.

Manufacturing defects would include things like incomplete woven sections, or a cuff that isn't sewn properly, things that happen in the factory.

Even though I'd love them to be, our socks are a woven garment and as such are not invincible.  We cannot replace a product that has been damaged through misuse such as over stretching or abrasion / cuts when being worn.  Also please be careful when unpacking your socks to avoid pulls.

It's also important to note, that like any garment, friction can cause fuzziness and / or pilling, usually for socks it's from rubbing on footwear, for arm warmers, it's usually from every day physical tasks.  I recommend pulling your arm warmers back while completing a task that causes friction, then pulling them back over once you are done.

Like most things in life, if you care for them, they will last a very long time :)

As our products are undergarments and subject to sanitary standards, we cannot exchange because you changed your mind.  Please be careful when choosing, but if you do end up wanting something else, consider gifting your purchase, or swapping with a friend.
