Marketing
It may seem counterproductive, but ethically, I see most marketing as a bad thing. All too often it's manipulative and deceptive and I'm not a fan. As a small business we need to be seen, so it's not something we can avoid, but we're committed to only using ethical marketing practices.
Emails:
We only send out announcements for drops and restocks - maybe the occasional thank you. Never spam. Always opt in.
Sales:
We don't use sales gimmicks to lure people in, instead of raising prices to discount them again, we offer deals all the time - like our matching set offer for socks and arm warmers.
Ads:
We don't buy ads. We believe that by offering a great product, people will tell their friends! Organic growth is far more important than bought growth.
Collaboration:
We prefer to collaborate rather than compete. We don't want to dominate, it's important that there is a tapestry of creators that work together to create amazing things.
